We love the hand written notes we receive from our walker and know he is in good hands. If we forget to reach out Sunday to schedule walks she usually sends a friendly reminder or if we have a change in our weekly schedule she and her team are very flexible and can adjust on the fly which is truly appreciated. They provide my Macy with daily walks which alleviates my worry about her being home all day alone and whether I can make it home after work in time. But more than that, when I had foot surgery, they came 3 times a day so I didn't have to try to take her out, and that helped my recovery and kept me off my foot for weeks. They always respond promptly, even when I forget to tell them until the last minute that Macy and I are leaving town, and never miss a day. I rely on them and so does Macy who is always so happy when one of the team comes in to take her out!"
